Driver stops Responding

Thread Starter
I just bought a new 6950 and I have a problem with Windows 7 and the driver responding and recovering. I have searched for solution's but cant find one that works. My drivers are up to date with 11.1a as well as my windows 7 updates. I have overclocked my cpu and video card to the 6970 settings. It happens only when I try to play games such as bad company 2. This also happened with my old Nvidia card before I upgraded to the 6950.
My CPU voltage is at 1.29 at 3.2Ghz. Could the voltage be too low?

I have no idea how to fix the problem. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Well the first thing you need to do is return all OC settings to default and test.

I suggest removing the drivers (completely) and trying older/different ones.

Yeah this used to happen with the older drivers also. Idk if it is a driver problem. My CPU is at stock specs now so I will see if that does anything.
