Ok the computer starts up, but the only things that work are fans(cpu, 2 120mm, 1 side fan) I've tried different powersupplies even my 750 watt out of my gaming rig. I need help figuring this out or suggestions on what to do.

also the Cpu power phase led's all turn on. 1-4

this rigs specs.(what its going to be)

MSI 770-G45 crossfire MOBO
4gig PNY 1333GHz DDr3
WD 1TB
2 LG DVD drives
AMD Phenom II x3 720 Black ed
Gigabyte HD5770
Ultra 650 watt power

Thank you in advance. All these parts were ordered from new egg and amazon....(I'm no much into ordering parts from amazon) mobo is from newegg. cpu from amazon. those are my to ideas because those are the last things that I cannot test.... since my gaming rig runs on a MSI K9N2 Platnuim(AM2-AM2+)

Reset CMOS, i had this when i re-built. Should post after that. if not check the 24pin power cable in the mobo, then last resort change graphics cards to see if a display comes up, or the graphics card might not be mounted properly.

Its defenitetly not the graphics cuz i tried three cards and none of them changed anything. I will check the 24 pin and CMOS(reset). It would really tick me off if the board arrived dead.... who knows maybe theres no bios currently...highly unlikely but still
