If it stays working good, then the overclock was unstable. If it was "pre" overclocked, then you need to read up on it, and do it manually yourself. It's already enough shame that you bought a prebuilt .

Start in Safe Mode ~
Run 'cmd' ~
Run : sfc /scannow (let it finish completely)
Run : chkdsk /r (may need to restart for it to run, it will ask you if it does, type 'y' and reboot)

Hopefully that might fix some of your issues.

This comment is wrong on so many levels.

But yeah OP, do some research and learn to overclock yourself. The idiots that put the rig together obviously didn't stress test their overclock to ensure stability.

Well, thanks. It's working fine now, I set it back to the factory defaults and booted windows from the disc and it's working fine now.
I guess I'm going to manually overclock it and see how things go.
