PPD drops a ton when I am hardly using the machine - Page 2

When you have the task manager open click on the performance tab then click on the Resource monitor then the CPU tab it will show you how much of the CPU the open tasks are using. There are any number of things that could be ruining in the background that the task manager will not show such as indexing.
