As for certain IMC Voltages not being recommended, I have personally given my i7 950 1.53 QPI/VTT on air and ran it at that setting for quite some time, 24/7.

But yes, anything over 1.4 QPI/VTT isn't usually "recommended".

Once IMC stress is out of the picture it will be much easier to pin point what the problem is.
I'll give it a try tomorrow and post here

what order do you have the sticks installed?
it should be larger sticks first and smaller sticks second.
on mine i have to install the ram in the below order otherwise not all of the ram gets detected.
cpu
dimm 2 black 1gb
dimm 1 red 2gb
dimm 4 black 1GB
dimm 3 red 2GB
dimm 6 black 1Gb
dimm 5 red 2GB

Err.. I'll try describing you how I installed the sticks. my mobo has 6 Slots, 4 of them Blue and 2 of them white (I'm guessing white are primary ) so I have it this way

White slot -2GB Redline
Blue slot - 1GB Blackline
Blue slot - 1GB Blackline

White slot - 2GB Redline
Blue slot - Empty
Blue slot - Empty (Not Accessible due to CPU Cooler blocking it)

Tried sticking one of the Blacklines next to the lonely Redline but it doesn't work too good either. Maybe because the RAM Doesn't fit all the way in? (CPU Cooler partially blocking it, RAM Fits halfway but not all the way, still being detected by the mobo but not usable really)

P.S. : When I try using all 4 sticks it does detect it but says only 2 slots are usable for some reason.
P.S. 2: I'll give you people a screenshot of the BIOS Showing the un-usable slots so u can better understand what I mean.. it'll take afew hours though, I gtg now.
What do you think?

Why do you have 6 gigs of ram installed when you only have a 32 bit system? That can only read about 3.3gb of ram. Seems like a waste of money of 3gb more then your OS can even use. MOAR RAM!

Today I'm installing 64bit Windows 7. took me a short while to get it. I wanna solve the 6GB problem though, it has nothing to do with Windows.

Seems like I need to have 2 slots full in each channel in order to run optimally. So this is how I'm supposed to be installing it

White Slot: Redline 2GB
Blue Slot: Blackline 1GB
Blue Slot: Empty

White Slot: Redline 2GB
Blue Slot: Blackline 1GB (problematic since it's partially blocked hmm..)
Blue Slot: Empty (Completely blocked anyway)

I'm not sure whether it works or not, Since, As I said before, When I installed the RAM Halfway through the Slot and it was detected it wasn't usable, just like when I installed it in the other channel's blue slot.. Then again, maybe I had to stick the ram all the way into the slot for it to be usable. I know I can use the partially blocked slot but in order to do this I need to take my CPU Cooler off, Install my memory stick, and then put it back on. What do you ppl say? I really dont wanna re-install the CPU Cooler.

7.2? I believe that's your QPI Link speed.

Uncore should be listed as Uncore or North Bridge Frequency. See what yours is at in the memory tab of CPU-Z.
