Monster Turbine regular or pro?

Thread Starter
Which one should I get? The pros are like $150 more then the regular ones. Not quite sure of the difference. I just want something to use to replace my ipod shuffle earbuds and sounds way better. Money is no object, but would it be a world of difference between the 2?

Well then, buy both, and compare.

I kinda said that to make people not recommend a certain one based on price, but rather based on if its worth the extra $150. I can afford either one.

I have the regular and they sound good for me. Sometimes though they get a tin sound to them, not always though. They deffidently pack a good bass punch for buds

I have the regular ones as well. I bought them for $40 on the Monster refurb sale they had for X-mas. They're a great pair of IEM's for the price, but to me they're so dark. They have great bass. Actually, they have mind blowing bass for what they are. It's powerful, and has a really great extension to it. It's by no means muddy or clouded. My only complaint about them is how recessed the high's are. I favor a 'bright' sound signature, so I'm a little biased, but it's just bothersome to me. Needless to say, if I paid full price for them, I would have either sent them back, or sold them.

It's a big thread but he has a table of contents on his reivews, I would check them out. Personally I have no clue which to choose, I have been using a pair of Klipsch x10s since they had that big half off sale a couple years ago.
