Low Cost Build

Thread Starter
I need to build a computer for as little money as possible. What I don't need: an OS, mouse, keyboard, monitor, PSU (as long as a 350W will work) or case (as long as the mobo is mATX). I would prefer the build to be dual core and have some sort of video card. Maybe around the 9500 GT. If this can be done for under $300 that would be awesome.

What sort of purpose would this build have?

Thanks guys! Those will work perfectly. I'll probably end up building a combination of the three. And I'm sorry. I did forget to include the purpose. It would be used for mainly internet browsing and word processing with some very very light gaming hence the 9500 GT.
