Bottom mount psu, cable management holes, fan grilles on top and black interior on the V3 make me vote for that one. Either one looks nice understated and clean from the front for a budget case.

got the v3 because of the psu is on the bottom
you can install 2 fans on the top but it wont fit inside cause of the motherboard blocking it, i put the 2 fans on the outside, and screw it from the inside. it has VERY LIMITED cable management, took me about 24 man hours going back 'n forth to get my cable management to be very neat and tidy. overall v3. but i wished i have invested on a $60-$70 case just for cable managements.

if your having trouble with the 8 pin or 4 pin, make a hole somewhere near the psu and the above the motherboard, and reroute the wire through the back, take about 1-2 hours, but the little mod is worth it.
