This x10000

The correct term is LAPtop. You don't own a LAB, the comptuer goes in your LAP..

really? buying a 130+ dollar graphics card, plus the 100 dollar express card, plus the second monitor and paying twice as much money for the graphics and also having no bios options to select your graphics card (WHICH YOU CANNOT DO WITH THIS LAPTOP ANYWAYS)

so your saying that spending 200+ dollars for a 130 dollar graphics card to play on your laptop (without considering all the work to get the computer to see the express slot card as your graphics) is worth it? that doesn't make sense to me. a 3-400 dollar gaming pc would make much more sense. to me at least. at that point the only thing he would need to worry about is cpu and gpu. all the other hardware can be had cheap. its not like he would need the biggest, best mobo. almost anything is better than the mobo in the laptop.

so no. it isn't worth it.

get a dirt cheap crt monitor (you get em for like a dollar) lol.... or use the laptop lcd with nvidia 460+ optimus
the adapter is like $65 - the price of an average motherboard or you could solder one yourself for free.
you can get a psu from a dumpster too
total cost = $1 + videocard, using your logic lol
