Need Opinions on this build

Hi guys, this is my first ever build. Its max budget is around 650-70$ CND. I don't need mouce, keyboard, monitor or OS. Just tell me what to replace or what to remove :

CPU : Phenom II x4 955 BE
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10360AC6599

Mobo : ASUS M4A87TD w/ USB3 and Sata6
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10530BD1584

GPU : MSI 460 GTX Hawk Factory OCed Edition
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=12980BD7883

PSU : OCz ModXStream 600watts
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=13220AC8686

Case : Cooler Master HAF 912
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11130AC0700

I'm just not sure about HDD and Ram Memory. CD/DVD will be something between 15 and 30$ I don't worry about it right now.

Thanks in advance (First Post Here !)

Looks good except I don't trust OCZ for ram or psus. They may have made great products in the past, but now is not that time. In the USA, OCZ power supplies reguarly went for $25-35 AR with many people (like me) passing on those deals. I prefer Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, or XFX with Seasonic internals.

For harddrive I recommend the Samsung spinpoint F3 500 or 1TB. They are some of the fastest mechanical harddrives out in the market WHILE being very cheap in price. On Newegg both models have hit the customer award item of the year 3-4 times with very high ratings. Many people on this forum have F3s.

ram i'd go with gskill mushkin or corsair. it's a buyer's market right now for ram as the ram industry is heavily oversaturated (global oversupply). but, it's supposed to rebound this year.

for ram this looks good
G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL Ripjaws PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Core i5 1.5V Memory Kit

and a hard drive drive
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA2 3.5IN 8.5MS 7200RPM 32MB Hard Drive Oem *3YR Mfr Warranty*

ocz psu's arent bad, just not the best
good for low-mid budget builds, if your not running sli/crosfire they are fine

I know OCz don't all have good reviews for PSU, but since I'm gonna make a low-mid gaming budget, that PSU is 80+ certified and states to reach 82% efficiency which is more than enough. I won't run any SLI or CrossX. Thanks for fast replies. What do you think about that 460 GTX is it better to get the HD 6850 for 180$? or even get a i3/ Phenom II x4 925 to get a 560 Ti or something in the 250$ price range?

Different motherboard, don't pair 125W processor with unheatsinked 4+1 power phase. Same price could get you an ASUS M4A79XTD EVO at NCIX (lower if you count a rebate).

this^^

although,i think xd should put this in his sig.....its a broken record, but one worth listening to..

get the cheapest x4 BE and turn up the juice, but make sure you have the foundations to do it,the ASUS is a proven board with many user on this site,so aftercare is taken care of.

i would go with the HD myself, but thats just personal preference....

where this coming from.... sounds like INTEL FUNBOY.
Just compare overall value on Intel and AMD... and you'll see that you save almost on every subject with AMD, I've still have working AthlonXP... as I remember I build this in 2002
