Yes. That is the exact board. Any motherboard can take your RAM up really high. You just have to overclock to get there.

Do you have any other i could compare it to i kinda want a more popular name brand new egg has given it mixed reviews

I want something thats gonna do good out of the box and last a while I'm still learning about OCing so out of the box is what i need more of atm

Also the case i got has usb 3.0 id like to take advange of that

Well, the 1090T will be great out of the box anyway. You won't really notice the slight bump in factory clock vs. the 1100T.

And I don't really know how to compare the TA890FXE. I would say it's the like Crosshair IV Formula minus a few of the Asus-Exclusive features.

Edit: Well since I saw that you wanted USB3, I wouldn't really know what board. The only two boards that come into my mind are the Biostar TA890FXE and the Asus Crosshair IV's. I'd le tthe people who are more knowledgeable in the AMD area help you on that. Sorry about that. I can help you out on other stuff too if you'd like.

i would stay away from XFX and get a HIS, gigabyte, ASUS, etc version of the card, they have better track records as far as reliability.
