Call of duty 4 makes my drivers crash? please help

i was in a MP game of cod 4 for around 25 minutes and all of a sudden the screen goes blank then goes back to normal so i think the drivers crashed, the temps were normal 75C on both GPU's. could it be from tricking the GX2 into running dual monitors in SLI Mode? i am running stock clocks 675/1674/1050. is it drivers or heat?

ok even when SLI is disabled it still crashes but its only this one game that crashes so must be a bad torrent or something(i own legit cd key)

The temps are ok but they are kinda high for gaming. Make sure your video card drivers, Direct X, and game are all updated. Also posting your dxdiag info might help.
