Finally just got my computer up and running and for some reason my 300gb raptor doesnt show up when i click computer. But if i go into hardware under the control panel it shows the raptor but it doesnt show the specs (ie. how much room if left, overall capactiy, etc). Do i need to enable anything?

right click my computer.... manage.... storage... disk management.....
take a snapshot of that window and post it here....
your raptor should be there in the list. all you have to do is to right click and format it in ntfs.

You most likely need to format the disk, use NTFS if you're using windows.

I had the same problem, this fixed it.

Quote:
Try this

Control Panel > Administrative tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disc Management

The RAPTOR drive should show up there, right click it and press assign letter and path.

Give it a letter like F and once done your drive should show up in My Computer.
