This monitor for dual monitors?

Thread Starter
Hey overclock bros my knowledge doesnt dabble into the monitor section, So i thought ide ask you guys. So i want to get 2 of these

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=15578

Opinions, Why? Why not.

And if i only have 1 DVI socket on my GPU, does that mean i need a new GPU? Or is there some kind of adapter that will run 2 monitors off the one DVI. Might be a stupid question but as i said im basically clueless with this kind of thing.

Otherwords, How can i run 2 monitors off a GPU with 1 DVI.

Thanks

That screen also has VGA and HDMI connectors, so as long as the GPU has two connectors which match, it will be fine., The 9400GT in my rig right now as a temporary card, has a dvi and vga, and can run both quite happily so long as it's not being asked to game.

How much difference is it between 2 ms and 5 ms? Big? Or insignificant to the normal gamer/user?

Not really too much to notice unless you pay Real close attention, but to the average gamer/user you wont notice it.

2ms = Gray to Gray response time
5ms = Black to Black response time

It currently makes no difference which response time you pick.

You want a 5ms panel the colours are crisper and the blacks are black , 2ms panels aren't great at replicating blacks.

Only one down side with Benq stuff, most of their monitors are badly focused I've had two now that were horribly focused.
