I dont know about every one else. But, Imo Amd should make another single gpu card, just as they did with the 4870-4890. And change the 5970 replacement to say the 6950x2. Just a random thought.

Yeah I agree.
There's obviously a market for these types of GPU's so maybe they will do it sometime this year?

So? The 4890 was amazing. I'd like to see them make a 6980 with 1Ghz clocks out of the box Or a 5890.

Im still using 2x 4890s, I would totally upgrade if I could get a single gpu thats faster than both of them. - And its getting close =D

The only problem I see with bumping it up to 1ghz is that if you wanted to oc further you would have very little headroom. Also temperatures would pose a problem as well.
