att dsl

so after 3 days of broadband link errors every 5 minutes or so and well over 6 hours on the phone with tech support, the tech came here and guess what the flipping singla didn't drop once in over 2 hours. i am severely pissed right now and look like a moran. does anyone have an personal experience on what is up with att dsl and how to fix it

Link errors?

Like timeouts or actual drops in connected (no sync)

actual drop outs red light on the router

the tech put his mosterous laptop on my desk and coneected the line to his computer and even did a wireless check and everything was green and didn't drop once in over 2 hours

Have you had drops since he left?
