I would LOVE for BF3 to have more interior-based battles. It would be so sick to invade the opposing base and cut off their power, forcing everyone to go night vision or roam blindly if they don't carry night vision.

if you can play on a single game as long as Alterak valley in WoW vanilla lasted I would see a reason to implement that . but if it only last 30 minutes seeing the sun crossing the sky faster than a jet would just annoy me .

Even if this demo is more about selling what Frobite 2 can do for games rather than for bf3 .

It may be a bit much to ask for day/night cycles due to the point made by Beaudoin, but weather may be a possibility! Moving clouds that cover/reveal sunlight would apply very well to the city environments. That would be so sick to be in the middle of a firefight and then the sky turns dark, pouring down rain on you and cutting off your line of sight. The thunder effects would be so amazing if Dice keeps their reputation from BC2's sound effects.

The game wouldnt have to complete a full day/night cycle in every round of course. It would probably just mean the maps could be set to a specific time of day, making them dark or light.

Like if they put a map where it begins at the dawn of night and continue during night with awesome light and flashes from gun fire and tracing bullets THAT would be awesome .
