Are you running at above 1333?
The only ways to get back to 1333 from, say, 1385, is to either run a much higher bus clock (probably impossible, i.e. 333Mhz) or to reduce the bus clock. This is what I meant by 1333Mhz [generics] holding you back, it gives you much less options if you're overclocking the processor. If it's running stable at that slightly higher speed that's fine though.

okay im thinking about getting the 1600mhz ram and giving my 4x2gb ram to my friend since he is gonna do a build. so what would be good as in company wise to achieve a better overclock

Well, I have the x4 630 as well, as well as 1055T. Both processors are common in that they run 2.8Ghz and have locked multiplier. On 1055T builds 1600Mhz is a must because if you want to overclock far on 1055T (and you actually can), the best place to be is at ~300Mhz bus clock, at which the 5.33x multiplier aligns to let you run RAM at 1600Mhz. If running 1333Mhz, only combinations you can get are 250x6.66 (max clock 3.5Ghz) or 333x4 (pretty much impossible on most boards).
