Yep. Just bend it a little to make sure that it won't get sucked into the tubing.

You don't need the other gaskets, they are only there if you want to replace the stock one to change the color/fix a damaged one.

EDIT: Watch this video on how to install compression fittings

Ok guys so i decided i am going to upgrade my case to the raven rv03, so im selling my gtx360 and getting a 240 and 120 for my new case when i get it, but i have a few questions.
1. ok just to set the record straight can a 240rad handle 3x 580s? because if not im just going to stick with 2 gtx 580a and only get the 2way ek sli block.

2. Ok im going to install the 120rad where the exhaust fan is on the raven case to cool the cpu but what set up?
a. A thick 120rad with only one gentle typhoon ap15 as push or should i do pull?
or
b. A Stealth 120rad and try and fit two gentle typhoons ap15s in a push/pull set up?

3. are these the rads i should stick with?
240rad: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=20983

Thick 120rad: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=20982

Stealth 120rad:http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=4536

My loop Would be Rez>240Rad>2-3GTX580s>120Rad>Cpu>Rez

I was on the same boat as you. Just finished up my build, and first time ever using water for cooling. I decided to go water cuz I wanted a higher overclock and to make my case look much better. I too was nervous but that didn't stop me. What I did was put everything together outside my case and test it for leaks, and what you know it did leak!!! But good thing I did it outside the case on top of a towel. after I figured out the problem, I installed it inside the case and now I'm on 4.5GHz on an i5!!!! Oh yea use compression fittings they do help out a lot. Good luck.

A 240 radiator can definitely not handle three 580s. If you are going to get a new case why not get one that can fit a lot of watercooling into it like the TJ07 or the 800D, or the HAF 932/X. All of those would fit more WC and give much better temperatures than the Raven03.

I just really like the raven03 design, it looks cleaner, its a bit smaller then my rv01 which has its issues lol but on the raven3 i like how all the hdds are behind the mobo and out of the way, same with the psu..

ok so the 240 can handle 2 580s? and what 120 rad setup do you think is better?

Oh and do you think 2x580s will handle games at max settings(crysis/Metro) easily on my 30" 2560x1600? because the one seems like it struggles just a bit..

If one card is getting you more than 30 FPS than two cards should get you well into the playable range. Go for three way SLI if you want to use V-Sync at 60 FPS.

A 240 and a 120 for a CPU and GPU loop with dual 580s is really pushing it. If you like the HDDs being out of the way try the 700D case. Both the powersupply and HDDs are tucked away, it has amazing cable management and it could easily fit a 360 and a 120 radiator inside of it (or a single 480 if you are comfortable cutting the case).

Well i thought the rads are pretty even like a 120 is 1/3 a 360? and you guys recommended me the 360 for 2 580s and my cpu, so why cant a 240 and a 120 do the same thing?
