amd cpu upgrade

Hey guys I have a AMD athlon x3 (3.2ghz) and I just got a bit of money so I considering to upgrade my cpu
It does unlock to a x4 processor but there is no l3 cache unfortunately and it runs hot during load (reaches 63C in prime 95 using stock cooler)

Anyway I Just want to know do you think that this processor is worth the money? Would I notice a big increase in game performance?

http://komplett.ie/Komplett/product/...X/default.aspx

Thanks
EDIT: Updated specs in sig

Hmm personally i cant really say if you will see an increase in gaming, for games i think its really combination of different factors for you to see an increase in performance and also if the games you are playing CPU and/or GPU intensive. But in your case with that 6850 you have then yeah i would say you will have an increase. As far as a Black Edition i dont think you will need it unless you plan on OCing your CPU to pass 4Ghz but thats just my opinion.

you wont notice enough to warrant buying it unless as exile said, you overclock it.
a cheaper better solution in my book is too buy a hyper 212+ and overclock your athlon.
some members here said there isnt really a difference between 3.2 and 3.8 when it comes to gaming.
my opinion, buy a hyper 212+, overclock what you have as high as you can, play the games you want, be happy as hell you saved well over 66% what you wanted to spend.

OK thanks for the advice

Sorry for going a bit off topic but I have 2x2GB of PC3-8500 DDR3-1066 CL7 ram. I know that this is not as fast as PC3-10660 DDR3-1333 CL7 ram but it should not cause any bottlenecks in games?

Probably not. There is a bit of a performance increase going from 1066 to 1333, though. Maybe you could just overclock the RAM you have. Make sure it's stable with Prime95 and Memtest86+.
