XSPC radiator... refurbished?

Hello.

I received 2 radiators from XSPC the other day. One of them was leaking, and now I notice the other one looks to have been repaired? If it isnt repaired, then what is this on the picture? The picture shows the same thing, but on two different areas.

What should I do? Is this acceptable? The radiator is COMPLETELY unused by me.

Images attached below.

Tbh, I'd fire an email off to XSPC and see what they have to say about it. I have a feeling that it is just excess paint :\\

God I love XSPC. Got an answer minutes after I sent the question. My answer was following: "It's just a solder drip and it's perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about."

So I guess I'm all good then!

Nooo powder coating. Powder coating is way to thick and needless added cost. What about the leaky one, are they gonna replace it?
