since they are the same clock out of the box but the other one just has a few more processing cores and a little higher effective memory clock?
Also understand, the 560 does not have free shipping, so it's ~258$ instead of 250$, or 58$ more. That's not including if you live in a state that has taxes.

But I personally would invest the money in the 560.

Yeah, at this point, I'd only recommend the 460 if you can get it for $170 or less. At $200+ the 560 is a much better buy.
