New builder needs help!!

Thread Starter
Right im new to building pc and i would like to jump straight into watercooling because it look more efficient the air cooling. I would like to make a build with these components:

Case: Corsair obsidian 700D
Motherboard: Evga x58 4 way sli classified
Power supply: ST1500 silverstone 1500
RAM: Dominator GT
Processor: Intel core i7 950 (aim to overclock it to 4.5ghz)
Graphics cards: EVGA GeForce GTX 580 FTW Hydro Copper 2 (dual sli (two of them))

I understand all this but when it gets to watercooling parts i don't really understand what parts i need. I have done some research and have found a couple of parts that caught my eye:

Motherboard waterblock: EK-FB EVGA Classified 4-SLI - Acetal+Nickel
Rad: XSPC RX360 Radiator
Pump: Swiftech Mpc655 (times 2 with hopefully the chrome covers to make them look pretty )

Know this is the part im going to need your help
I understand that you need an attchment to go with the pump so you can use compression fitting.(could you plz name what its called)
I can't find a good looking cpu waterblock that does a good job (please name one for me)
Some compression fitting i might need and explaination where i put them(really helpful)

and wat would really help i saw this pic of this fitting which made it really easy for some gut to drain his pc. (i have uploaded a picture i think )

Thank you for your time and plz reply quick

Good parts but there are better GPU blocks than Evga's Hydrocopper for those cards.

You don't need 2 pumps either.

That picture looks like a T fitting with some angled fittings attached, look here and here for some examples. As for CPU blocks the most recommended for performance and cost is the XPSC Rasa. If you are going more for style and want a different look you might like the Heat Killer or the Swiftech XT. Finally I would use more than a 360 rad for two GPUs, motherboard, and a CPU.
Edit: I would personally get a single 355 instead of a 655 for a loop with four blocks (CPU, 2XGPU, and a motherboard) as the 355 is better for higher restriction loops.

Thanks for the help. can someone please tell me the pump attachment so i can use compression fittings. and on cpu blocks do i need to add any fitting to let me attach pipes.

Personally I would get the rasa rx 360 kit. Add the Ek block for ur gpu. And maybe a extra 240 Rad to help with temp if it will fit. As for the pic it's a t fitting. And u don't need a mb block unless u just wont it. And bitspower makes some nice compression fittings but they will cost u

For the pump attachment you are referring to on the 350 or 355, you'd likely go with an aftermarket top and add the fittings you want. The stock barbs are built in and I believe they are typically 3/8" ID.
