Hiya,

I'm thinking about purchasing a 2nd hand graphix card... proabbaly through the web.. now i know there isnt that much i can do to make sure the card is decent, but any tips? I heard of this program called Funmark? can i like ask the person selling it to run it, and will the results indicate something? Anything else i can ask seller to make sure the card is ok? and in general is say 18 months usage too long , that it will not be worth it buying a 2nd hand one?

cheers
kiko

I bought mine from here from someone. Generally, I'd say buy one from someone on here. I doubt anyone would try and scam you and not tell the truth about what's wrong with it etc. Generally buying online is pretty safe, but you do have to remember. Not everyone on the internet are the greatest people.

But I'd say it's pretty okay to buy a card off someone. Generally, when you do buy something online, you go through PayPal. If they lied or something is wrong and they don't want to refund you etc. Then complain through PayPal and you'll get your money back. As easy as that.

Buy here, or go to Craiglist so you know what you are getting into.
