update, i disabled C&Q and raise the fsb to 204 and so have been stable, haven't run prime yet other than ten minutes when i got to 55c. (i forgot what to max safe temps is it 55 or 62 )

Absolute Max temp is 62 but oyu should try for bellow 55 as after there many times AMD CPUs start to artifact.

a 4mhz difference in base clock shouldn't cause a BSOD with that CPU...
