A little progress:
Cables sleeved (thanks SmasherBasher for the supplies). Window cut. Front fan installed (not in pics). Painting complete.

Disregard the lower unsleeved molex on the hdd (didn't have the right size tool, getting it today).

Building a mesh panel for the front to replace the two 5.25" bays (going external odd).

The new side panel:

Thanks. I was just looking to have a little fun without spending much. So far it is pretty fun, although it is sad to see just how far we have come in just a few years. This thing lags on everything. Still playing with my oc, and every time I go into something, I find even more of the original Compaq spamware. Still fun though. Just finished all my initial stress testing at stock speeds to get a good idea of the temps and so far so good: 37C idle and 43C prime95 mixed for 2 hours. No faults. Now its time to push
