i i've tired trixx, i can move the voltage but it wont save... when i click apply it just goes bak to defualt voltage.. (i currently have version 3.02 or sumthing like that

I wouldn't be so sure. Also, my Sapphire has voltage control with Trixx and can also be undervolted with Afterburner

Just from a manifacturer perspective, I'm fairly good opinions on both, good customer service across the board, I feel sapphire has more base reputation running with AMD longer at least from my knowledge but Gigabyte has more to prove so may be trying harder at this point but I have no heard anything terrible from either.

The Asus certainly does have voltage tweak and it's also one of the best 6850's on the market, just look at my sig.
