HELLLP pretty sure it doesnt matter but need to know just in case. on the radiator does it matter which one i make in and out? or can i do either or

No, the one connected dirrectly to the pump is out! If I have understood your question right that is!

aye, i have this same kit and the port connected to the pump is the 'outlet', as in...water is being pushed through that port and going through your system, then the way back through the system and back to your res would be the 'inlet'

at least, thats how i define it all. The hose with my t-block and the temp sensor is the 'outlet' to the system.

you pour water into the reservoir through the hole on top, jump start the psu which starts the pump, but not ur other components and continue to add water as it travels through the system
