Need Help on Build Suggestions_

Thread Starter
Okay, So I've finally decided that I've pushed my Old desktop to its limits, and I'm just not satisfy with the performance it is pushing while gaming at 1680x1050 screen resolution. I want High Video settings and good at least 60FPS constant =]

Heres my specs:
Originally a Gateway GT5694 desktop_(I know it sucks)
Foxconn Bengal RS780 Motherboard(OEM)
4x2 Samsung PC6400U Ram = 8 gig of ram total(Overclock to 460mhz)940mhz-DDR2
XFX ATi Radeon HD5770 video card, Overclocked at 960mhz/1400mhz Stable
AMD Phenom 9100e(1.8ghz) Overclock with SetFSB to (2.07)gHz Stable
RocketFish Universal CPU Cooler
In Win Griffin Yellow/Black Computer Case
PC Power&Cooling Silencer 470watt Power Supply_

Here's what I am debating on lately_
So here are my Options_

A. Get new motherboard with Crossfire support and Get another HD5770 for Crossfire. (Push the Phenom 9100e to 2.4gighertz) with Upgrading the PowerSupply to a 700-850watt model.

B. Go with AMD Phenom II X4 945 CPU upgrade (95wattVersion) because it feels as though my CPU is the bottleneck. I'm not sure if there's a AMD Black Edition 95watt CPU even if there is, my Motherboard Bios won't let me change CPU Multipliers_

C. Go with a whole new build, AMD AM3 Black Edition CPU w/DDR3 Ram, New motherboard, Get another HD5770, Crossfire_ Upgrade PowerSupply to 700-800watt_ (most expensive route but I currently have the funds to do it just not sure if its worth it if I can achieve what I want with Option A or B.)

Now my real question is, to be able to achieve my goals of Constant 60FPS with Really High Graphics settings during Gaming at 1680x1050(only because my monitor is rated at 60hertz). Which route should I take? A,B, or C?

I have 1000dollars as my Budget =]

Please input your opinion or suggestions on which Route I should take? Thank you, I know you guys probably gets these threads a lot, but I really am stuck on my decisions.

The thing is I don't want to take the wrong route and then find out I could've saved money somewhere and yet still be able to achieve my goals.

Thank you in advance=]

I would go with option C.

Get an Asus am3 board. 8gb of DDR3 ram, an HD 5770, and A corsair 650watt PSU.

Go with a new MB, CPU, and RAM. Keep everything else.

If you do Crossfire, you will probably need a more powerful PSU.

I was going to suggest getting liquid cooling with the remaining budget, but that is completely up to you and how you want to use your computer.

I'm really liking that haha, I definitely like the motherboard, so I'm placing the order for it_ and I'm ordering another XFX ATi Radeon HD5770, which I plan to overclock to 960/1400 also_(I usually modify the VideoCard Bios and flash it =] ) I must get the same video card, I feel my OCD kicking in lol.
