I change timings pretty often, my usual 24/7 on the ddr3 triple kit are

DRAM Frequency: 1600Mhz
FSB;DRAM: 2:8
CAS# Latency: 6.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 6 clocks
RAS# Precharge: 5 clocks
Cycle time: 18 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle Time: 48 clocks
Command Rate: 1T

On the lower end I've been at 1470Mhz 5-5-5 14 44 1t
On the high end at 2200Mhz 8-8-8 21 72 1t

Just got a new mid range memory kit I plan to torture for some max frequencies, shooting for 2400Mhz +.

My stable 1.65v ram settings and timings:

But usually, its these settings, except with 3600 uncore.

&& my 2000 mhz timings @ 1.65v

Sorry, couldn't find a cpu-z image for my 2000mhz timings, but this is close enough.

What Voltages do you need to run them timings mate? Vram & QPI/Vtt voltages?
