Another CPU Cooler question

Hey there.

I use atm the H70 and it seems it doesn't perform as well as a high end air cooler would do ?

So I looked through the forum and two cooler popped up. Silver Arrow and NH-D14.
Silver Arrow is supposed to be better ?

So yea, here is a picture of my current build so you can get an idea of what it looks like, space wise.

My questions would be now:

Will the Silver Arrow fit into my case without problems ?
If yes, will it fit without problems with my ripjaws ?

And I would like to know if there are any fans that would perform better, but which are silent of course too. Compared to the stock ones that is.

My aim would be 4ghz overclock.

My current temps with the H70 are 35-37°C idle at 3,2ghz stock.
Under load with prime95 they shoot up to 47°C I believe it was.
So yea with my current cooler there is no room to overclock.

If air cooling won't help. I will have to go with a water loop.
Which is by far more expansive.

The Silver Arrow will fit in your case, I did some googling and there's a member here who has a silver arrow inside his Antec 1200.

You might have to raise the first fan up because of the heatspreaders of your ram but that's not a big deal and is easy to do with the fan clips.

And as far as fans go, you'd be hard pressed to find better fans when it comes to noise/performance for the Silver Arrow than the stock fans that come with it.

47 isnt that hot (is it?) atleast not by my standards. but if u want to lower temps why not mod that H5O? Or go watercooling. i dont think youll get that much cooler on air.

Actually I have no idea how I could mod my H70. Didn't look into it yet.
Well and watercooling would be nice and cool out of several reasons.
But basically its quiet expansive. The loop I planned to go with would be around 400 bucks top.

But that's good to know that the silver arrow would fit along with the ripjaws.

As far as i know the Rasa kits are great, just get something higher than the 120 rad version. and get the versions with a X at the end instead of an s because they are the thicker rads.

Well back to aircooling.
I've read a test about some site testing the Silver arrow along with a crosshair iv formula and 1090t.
The temps look promising there.
But I'm still unsure about my ripjaws along with the antec 1200, if everything would fit.
I most likely will have to raise the first fan a bit to get clearance for my ram.
But do you think I could still close my sidepanel ?
