HDD dead, will not spin. What to do?

My HX850 fried all my hard drives few months ago and now I want to attempt to fix it. It wont spin up at all, I've replaced the printed circuit board(exactly same drive Samsung F3, but not the same PN) with no luck, still wont spin.

What are my chances to fix it by replacing the platters to another disk?

Is there any other way to fix it without sending it to some data recovering company?

practically no chance if the motor is gone. you can send it to data recovery specialists.

Does it make any clicking sound?

Don't try and swap platters...all it takes is a spec of dust and your data is gone. (hence why that's done in a clean room)

You can try freezing it, but that's at your own risk.

Does not make any sound, completely dead.

As in spec of dust, you mean just as little as 1/100 af gram? These are only like 20 raw pictures I'm hoping to save, I don't really care if the drive is ruined after my 1-2 minutes that take to save the files. Are the chances none?
