Noob Question: How do I know if my card is reference?

Hey guys, this should be a simple question to answer b/c I dont know what to check. How can I find out if my GTX 460 1GB is a reference card or not?

I would download GPU-z, and run it. Check out the clocks and compare them to the chart under the specifications tab of this link. If your clocks match, then your card is reference.

Wouldn't show anything different whether the card is built reference or not. I take it he means he wants to know the PCB layout is reference.

I believe its common practice for Reference models to have Black PCB. I could be wrong though.

Reference design does not necessarily mean stock clocks

Could make a (quality) picture of it for a second opinion. If this is for future watercooling, there's a configurator to check which block(s) you need that keeps track of reference/non-reference builds.
