You can use the E8400 on the UD3P. I have the same board and I'm sure the e8400 is supported by the mobo. Go to the website just to make sure.

YES! I'm using a UD3P with a 6950. You can use ANY video card with that MOBO. You can also SLI (with hax driver) and CROSSFIRE too.

6950 2GB. Use this guide to unlock, it is extremely easy. Outperforms 560 and 470.

stock for stock: HD 6950 wins. overclock for overclock: HD 6950 wins. HD 6950 can be unlocked. GTX 560 cannot.

Even if you save a few pennies and get the 1GB HD 6950, it's better and nearly as cheap as the GTX 560.

I'm no amd/ati fan boy by any means, I've owned 7 Nvidia cards in the past 12 years while the HD 6950 is only my 3rd ATI card. Gotta go with best card for the money spent and that's the HD 6950.

Agreed.

For the money the 6950 is the best bang for your buck.

I like the Corsair 600W CMPSU-600CX -- $55 after rebate.
