LG W2486L-PF pixelating

Thread Starter
I bought the LG W2486L-PF monitor about 2 months ago and 1 pixel got stuck blue. Soon after this weird thing started happening. Where ever the colors went from dark to light it started pixelating. It even does it on just very bright things. When I first set up with monitor I was pretty anal about settings and wrote them all down, so I know nothing has changed there. The problem is constant through starting windows to games, pics on the web, videos.

I attached some pics too, there taken with my phone but you should be able to see where the colors of the windows screen change it pixelates. This was the best example I could get.

Any ideas on whats the problem?
