Real important question!!!

i have been playing video games today for awhile, i noticed that once in awhile my screen would go out for a sec like it lost its signal cause it would say no vga input, but then it would come back. what would cause that and how can i fix it?????

your video card is crashing and it being recovered..

What do I need to lower?? cause i didnt change anything except to have the BIOS at auto for it. Im not overclocking the system.

sometimes it's the simplest thing like the VGA cable has gone bad.
It seems to be unlikely but it does happen.
I had RMA my 5870 because my screen will blinks entirely random and it turns out to be a bad nGear DVI cable which I have used for just an year.

Use other cable to rule out the possibility.

Yeah I would check all cords, other than that something might be getting to hot? What are your gpu temps at when this happens?
