Firefox Beta Cache, holy crap. - Page 2

Holy flaming monkey poop in a bag! All that in 2 days? Whoa...

I wonder if any of that stuff was from streaming media (audio, videos, etc...) that wasn't supposed to be stored on the disk permanently but for some reason was???

So how's it running now that you've cleared all that crap out? Does it run like Sonic? LOL

I'm not doing anything I wasn't normally doing with the official version, and that literally hit that in two days.

I could steam porn for 24 hours straight and I don't even think the cache would get that high.

It's not speed that's the issue, that's the thing. The browser itself never has performance issues as far as speed goes. But occasionally it'll freeze for 1-2 seconds, and then continue to work.

As I said, it's definitely not a software/hardware issue. I reformatted just two days ago, I barely have anything installed. And I can tab out and do everything else freely whilst the freeze is occurring.

I could do it.....
Nuh..

That is an almost impossibly huge cache for just 2 days. Unless you use a auto-surfing advertising website? Then you would see these sorts of numbers.

Nope. I mean, like I said.. I'm not doing anything that I'm not normally doing with the official version of Firefox.

And that's everything you would normally do. I'm just baffled that I reached that amount of cache in a two day period, I don't understand it.

It has to be a bug, because there's no way they can release a web browser that builds up that much cache in a two day period.
