alrighty, it looks like you have tried everything.

anyway, give this one final chance:
- unplug the power to your PC.
- take out the cmos battery.
- remove the cmos jumper if you can.
- note the socket where the battery lies. use a wire or metal paper clip and connect the positive (+) terminal with the negative (-) terminal. the idea of this exercise is to neutralize any electricity charge in your mobo, thus resetting anything contained inside your cmos. do this several times just to ensure it's properly drained. leave it for say 10mins.
- while you're waiting, you can also press and hold the power button for, say, 1 min. after that, do the same with the reset button.
- after 10 mins, put all the parts back to their place (jumper, battery, power plug) and try turn on the pc.

if your pc still shows black / empty screen without any message on your monitor (btw, make sure your monitor is properly connected to your pc, just in case.... you know what i mean), it's very likely that your chipset or mobo is busted. time for a new mobo then....

good luck!

tough luck, my friend. you may just want to return the mobo while it's still under warranty.
