Yes i would do that, it'll keep the psu cooler.

I would say to change your top fan from an intake to an exaust as hot air rises. You have a lot of intake and not much exaust. My suggestion, front/bottom strong fan intake and top rear/top exaust. It will help the convection inside your case to try to even up the intake/exaust ratio.
