Thought you all might want an update. I started the RMA process yesterday. They emailed me back this evening asking for all the info that I already sent in the first email. Guess they didn't even bother reading it.

When will people realize Razer products are extremely cheaply made. Their rubberized texture that they put on everything masks this lol.
