Building computer

So i just bought an antec 900 two case and am ready to start buying its guts! The only problem dont really know what to get for sure. What I will use it for is strictly gaming. Im building this one piece at a time so i have a very loose budget but wouldnt like to spend a fortune any suggestions on parts?

Either buy a 1366 or go AM3 if your on a budget. Personally, i would wait for bulldozer to come out and see what it has to offer. I would buy everything else before MB and Cpu. Buy your drives, PSU, fans, etc... just to see what the future cpus have to offer

Edit: P.S.... the GTX570 and GTX 560 have the best bang for your buck so I would go with one of those

You will only need 4GB of RAM. Get a nice big SSD too, it will speed your computer up tremendously. The 1055t from AMD is really cheap, get a good cooler for it (like the XSPC RASA watercooling kits, or the Noctua NH-D14) and you can get 4.0GHz out of it.

Hold the phone,

do not buy a PS now, wait till you have the complete system decided upon and then base your PS purchase on absolutes .... not conjecture

Best of luck

O yea,

I would go Sandy Bridge, SATA controller or not the platform is simply da Bomb ..... and can be had relativly inexpensive

Oh and just for the record im pretty noob at all of this so i dont really know what every part inside is called or what i really need in there haha. The only thing ive ever done is exchange parts in my old computer but i have always wanted to build my own, and i feel now is the time. So say you were in my shoes and you were buying one part at a time building as you go, what would be the first thing you bought? mother board? if so what would be the best for my buck because iw ould like to not make it soo sooo expensive.
