I want them to atleast release a game with equal amount of bugs on each system. If one system (Xbox 360) ends up having an obviously superior version, while the PC and PS3 suffer with a version with bugs, then there is obviously a problem there.

Or you could take a page out of Valve's book where games are only released when they are near perfect.

Of course this is CoD we're talking about, so all that matters are the millions of copies that console yuppies purchase on release day even though they are only buying textures.

if this was the first time the engine has ever been used in a game, or the game is complex, i might buy that.

But when your engine is time tested by 4 games and build many many years ago. The only reason for bugs is bad programming, very bad programming.
