Update:

I ran the Resident Evil 5 benchmark. My results:

Q6600 @ 3.2Ghz
1600x1200
4xAA
DX10

58.4FPS

Other people's results:

I7-920 @ 3.2Ghz
1920x1200
4xAA
DX10

78.2FPS

So, my card is as powerful as a GTX 280. Fantastic!

dude test on ur CPU
Intel i7-2600k @ 5.1Ghz (1.425v)
and just replace 8800 GTS 512 (PhysX) with the GTX460

Does the memory bus change at all under 3d load kinda like the clocks throttling up and down depending on load, but I'm asking cause idk

No, the memory bus cannot change - it's hard-wired into the PCB.
