[Reboot] Sardu 2.0.2 Released!!! - Page 3

I have a sick Windows 7 ISO that lets me install any variation of Windows 7. Home Basic, Home Premium, or Ultimate; each one in either x86 or x64. So, with this program, when I do a job for a customer that needs a clean install, I can do it much quicker off my 16GB flash drive and just slap their serial keys into the installation.

I know how to make that DVD & put it on a flash drive, it's invaluable... (It installs Windows 7 in like 20 minutes or less!)

I use WSUS Offline Updater to get the 32 & 64 Windows 7 Updates to use off of the same USB Flash Drive (mine is 16 GB too), the drive installs The OS, scripts run and it batch installs all the software I load it to & it even runs the updates all from just ONE click of a button!

Plug flash drive & walk away! Come back, reboot, make image for backup of hard drive, all done!

I bet I don't even spend 5 minutes at the computer setting one up now.

I could probably, with the right setup, do 70+ Computer Setups a day..

70 X $80 would be awesome!

However, SARDU is about repairing & testing a PC, running Linux for various task, or many other things!
SARDU is truly another invaluable tool to me.

Hey just wanted to report back on this. I tried that tool out and played around with it. It is very useful The only thing I hope they do is make a way to put any custom iso you want on it. I had to trick it so I could get my ghost ISO on it but now its easy to ghost all 300+ computers at work if i need to =)

There isn't much support for other programs, unfortunately, I know for sure he does have support for Acronis True Image, but I don't know of any others..

If you sign up on the forums you can ask him for specific help...

I'd like to know how you got ghost on there.
(I'm assuming you are referring to Norton Ghost no?)

Yea thats all i did was rename the .iso file to what it was expecting the windows7AIO installer and it picked it right up. We don't use windows7 in our office but we have a enterprise ghost server so this made things much easier.
