Ask to speak with a manager, ASUS dicked me around on my motherboard that I sent back in September, it still hasn't arrived.

They wanted me to get a mobo speaker after I told them I tried 2 other cpus, 3 different sticks of ram, and it all worked in another board.

I just told them ok, called them back in 20 minutes and told them "no beeps" (because thats what the list the sent me said a dead mobo would do).

Speaking of which, I need to contact them about a 3 month RMA process.

They just want the serial number and batch number from the top of the physical CPU itself. I had to RMA a 940 a month ago and that's all they needed. There's an RMA form online for it.

Odd.
This is too much date for a CPU.
Maybe motherboard and bios version, but else it doesn't mean anything about what OS you are using.
If the computer doesn't start, nothing matters except motherboard and cpu.
