Rampage III formula or P6X58D premium?

I am looking to upgrade my motherboard and am looking at either the ASUS Rampage III formula or the P6X58D premium. Both boards seem to have the kind of features I would want, and are both similar in price range.

P6X58D:

RIIIF:

Does the RIIIF overclock better and are the extra added features with the extra 30 dollars?

Note: I'm not completely fixed to these two boards, other suggestions are welcomed if you feel a different board is a better bang for the buck.

Both are high end premium classed boards. Both really good.

As far as oc'ing goes, I cant really tell to be honest, I have seen both boards hit pretty high numbers, especially Rog one.

Me personally would go with Rog ones

Thanks for the input. I was kinda leaning towards the RoG board, but just thought I would double check. Only issue now is that my ram is kingston HX (with the blue heat sinks) and might class with the red and black scheme =P
