So, i'm guessing you are using the 25x multi and 160 bclk? Raise your qpi up some as you got 12gig of ram. Try around 1.35 -1.375 maybe. Just still need more info on what you are using. If not then i will have to just suggest settings as you still haven't told me nothing else. What all have you tried, etc would be great.

I have been trying
Cpu Vcore 1.375
Qpi 1.2875
Dram 1.65
Timing 7-7-7 21/8-8-8 22

I have been trying with 22x200 for 3.4 then I bring it down
22x200
21x200
20x200 and etc....
Lately I can make it into windows but as soon as I enter my password BSOD.

You can use realtemp and or coretemp {g15 works with it}. Though you can make the realtemp also show on a g15 with the correct files. Looks like you are doing pretty good. What are you using to stress with prime95, linX, intel burn test?

RealTemp 3.60

CoreTemp 0.99.8

Whats the highest max load that is acceptable? One of my cores got up to like 78-79.
Wow things def got too hot! BSOD after about 20 minutes of testing.

I would do no more the 85°c on the temps. But would feel more comfortable with 80°c though. Nothing in everyday use will push it like the stress test though. those two apps i gave you will show the max tj on that chip and the temps from low to highest also.
