Good riddance. With all the time people spent playing Guitar Hero or whatever, you could have learned how to play a real guitar and actually did something more than play with yourself in front of a TV. And instead of looking at pictures of girls holding a toy guitar, you could get them to come home to completely forget anything but your own instrument.
Erm... you could pretty much say that about any video game. But let's have fun with it anyhow.
Why don't you learn to be a better driver instead of playing driving video games?
Why don't you play football instead of playing a football video game?
Why don't you break out the board games instead of playing board game video games?
Why don't you study a physics book instead of playing physics-based video games?
Etc, etc, etc.
You play video games because they are fun and entertaining, not because they help you be better at life.
