hey i was instaling my cm hyper 212+ and well kinda got disapointed when the screws do not fit the holes , I was thinking of drilling out the holes but i think i will just pick up a h50.

did any one fix this with out drilling the holes?

and yay I i got my rig up

Not to sound condescending, but are you sure it doesn't fit? Admittedly, I am not too familiar with the 212- but I did look up its specs and they do say it fits 1155 socket. Do the screws slide in the mounting plate or maybe an entirely separate mounting plate was included?

The 212+ should fit...? You can adjust the retention bracket to fit 1155 its in the middle.

Also if you have a 2500k its an i5 =)
