Ok OCN.
Ive decided I need a new game.
My budget is $30 and it needs to be on Steam.
Im not a big fan of Online Multiplayer. I know...Im part of a dying breed.
I play pretty much every genre but for reference here are some of my recent favorites:
Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2
Dragon Age Origins/Awakening

Im drawing a blank on what else...

Im tempted to buy Fallout 3 or Oblivion because I loved them so much and have only really played them on console. (I know Gamebryo Sucks)

Is Fallout New Vegas <$30?

edit: apparently not. Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat then.

If you don't mind older RPGs then Knights of the Old Empire 1 and 2.

I have heard Many Much good things about the Stalker Series.
I may have to try it out. Sounds like its worth at least $20.
Im tempted to also stretch my budget and pick up Dead Space seeing as I never beat it.

I have it. And I do enjoy the multiplayer now and then. But im almost entirely a single player gamer. For some reason MP gaming never grabbed me. Partly because even with friends I find it empty and boring and partly because I resent The Skinner Box Method of game development and progression.

IMO you should've done a poll.

Anyway, I give my votes for BBC2, JC2, and Batman: AA.

Honorable mentions are Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, DiRT 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2.

EDIT:
I upgrade the Lara Croft game due to the simple fact that it does have multiplayer, but it's all co-op, and I think you might be interested in it - not sure though.
